Share a direct link to a task
Open a task and press Copy task link next to the close button. A teammate who opens the link lands right on that task.
Only members who can already see the task can open it. If they are signed out, they log in first and the task opens straight after.

Copy a task into another project
Pick a task, press ⌘C or Ctrl+C, switch project and press ⌘V or Ctrl+V. The copy lands in the same column, except a Done task, which starts in To Do. The dock also has a duplicate button.
The copy keeps its column, due date, labels and repeat rule, plus the assignees the new project shares. A Done task starts unchecked in To Do, so a copy can never be marked complete by mistake. The dock’s duplicate button opens the same project picker.

Repeat a task without retyping it
Open a task, choose Repeat, and pick daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly. The next copies are created on their own, even when the app is closed.
Set an end date or a number of copies, preview the next dates, and change or remove the rule at any time.

Invite someone straight into a project
Invite a teammate by email from a project’s People panel. When they accept, the project is already there, with no extra assignment step.
The invitation names the project in the bell and the email, and accepting grants only the projects still attached to that team.

Watch an email turn into a task
Forward an email and the task fills in live: title, description, minitasks, due date and attachments appear one by one as they are read.
A preview lets you check what was extracted before the task lands in your project.

Set your kanban board width
In Column Layout you can widen the board by hand, from Short to Medium to Long, right below Tasklist Width in Settings. It still grows on its own as you add columns.
Open Settings and pick a width under Kanban Width. Short is the default; the board still widens on its own as columns are added and never narrows by itself. Once you pick a width it stays put. On a laptop the three steps sit closer together than on a big desktop.

Reminders for tasks stuck out of sight
If a task sits days in a hidden Blocked or In Review column, the bell reminds you, with view, unhide and delete right there.
Reminders fire as the days pass while the column stays hidden. Open one to jump to the task, unhide its column, or delete it.

Learn 15 productivity methods
Open Productivity methods in the footer: 15 practical guides, from Pomodoro to GTD, each with steps you can run inside the app.
Every guide ends with how to run that method in BluePomodoro: timers for your rounds, boards for your flow, lists for your next actions.

Blocked and In Review columns, per project
Owners and admins can add Blocked and In Review columns to any project board. Everyone on the project sees the change live.
Flip the Board columns switches for that project. A hidden column never deletes tasks: anything stuck there resurfaces through reminders.

Every update now lives in one place
Open the new Updates page from the footer: the full history of every change, with dates, stories and demos, newest first.
The bell only keeps the last 7 days; the page keeps everything, grouped by month with an index that jumps to any update.

My Week gets a new calendar
Open My Week: a cleaner calendar with Week, Month and Day views. Quiet hours fold away, and tapping a task opens it right there.
Switch between Week, Month and Day to see what is scheduled and when. Hours outside your quiet window fold away so the day reads clean, and tapping any task opens it right there without leaving the calendar.
My Teams is simpler to read: your teams are a row of pills, and members, projects and invites each sit in their own section.
Your teams sit in one row of pills at the top, so switching teams takes one tap. Inside a team, members with their online dots, projects with their tasks, and pending invites each get their own section instead of one long mixed list.

Set yourself busy in the chat
The chat shows your own status. Tap it to flip between online and busy, so your team knows when not to ping you.
Your own chip sits at the top of the chat, worded exactly like a teammate’s. While you are online or busy, tapping it flips between the two; while a pomodoro runs, the timer phase takes over so nobody pings you mid-focus.

Fold a project away
In the task list, click a project name to collapse its tasks and keep the page short. Click again to bring them back.
Each project folds on its own: click its name to collapse its tasks into one line, click again to unfold. Keep the ones you are working on open and tuck the rest away.

Tab through the tasks of a kanban column
With a task open in the kanban, Tab moves to the next task of that column and Shift+Tab to the previous one. The detail slides across, so you can read a whole column without closing it.
The order follows the column as you see it. Shift+Tab walks back. It works from any opener (board, list, notifications) because the order comes from the current view, not from where you opened the task.

Tab switches project inside the kanban
In the kanban view, Tab jumps to the next project of the space and Shift+Tab to the previous one. You move between boards from the board itself, without clicking the project row at the top.
The board slides across just like stepping between tasks, so reading several projects feels like one continuous pass from the board itself.

Turn an email into a task
Forward any email to your Blue Pomodoro address and it lands as a task: title, description, due date, minitasks, attachments and Drive links, filed in the project that fits. A notification asks you to confirm (or change) the project. Pro feature.
Every account gets its own forwarding address in Settings. Send any email there and it lands as a task with title, description, due date, minitasks, attachments and Drive links, filed in the project that fits best. A notification then asks you to confirm or change the project.

Task updates now live in the chat
Assignments and completions show up in the team chat, so the bell only keeps what needs your attention.
When someone assigns you a task or a task gets done, a card lands in the project room showing what changed. Open the task from the card; the bell stays quiet about anything the chat already told you.

Now you can chat with your team
Open the bubble in the corner: message a teammate or a whole project, and see what everyone is focusing on. Pro.
Rooms come in two flavours: direct messages with a teammate, and project rooms where the whole project talks. Task cards dropped in a room can be assigned and completed without leaving the conversation.

Notifications in the browser tab
Your tab now wears the waiting notifications: a number next to the app name and a blue badge on the icon, so you catch them even with the tab pinned and only the icon showing.
The count mirrors your unread notifications and clears as you read them. Pinned tabs show only the icon, so the blue badge carries the signal there.
Minitask templates
Templates: open a task, save your minitasks as a template, and stamp that same checklist onto any other task in one click. Handy for the routines you repeat every week.

More room while editing a task
Editing a task now lets you detach its activity: comments and history move out to a column of their own, so the task, its description and everything you write get a wider, calmer view. It is a joy on a big screen.
A toggle in the task detail moves comments and history into a column of their own, giving the description and everything you write a wider view. It shines on big screens and stays tucked away on small ones.

See who is online
My Teams shows a green dot next to the people who are connected right now, so you know who is around before you ping them.
The dot follows realtime presence, so it reflects who has the app open right now. Check it before you ping someone about a task.

Your own focus colour (Pro)
Settings → Session Background now ends with a colour wheel: pick anything, or paste a hex/rgb code. One colour is enough: the lighter shades are derived for you. There is a pure black option too, in case you want the focus state fully dark.
The session gradient derives its shades from that one colour. The pure black option pairs with Night Mode for a fully dark focus.

Focus that adds up
Focus is now counted for real: it is split between the tasks you complete during the same focus phase instead of all landing on the first one, and it feeds the weekly chart with the day it actually happened.
Each slice feeds the weekly chart on the day it actually happened, so the chart tells the truth about when you focused.

My Week, same charts as My Teams
The Focus Consistency section uses the same weekday bars as My Teams, so a week reads the same wherever you look at it.
A week reads identically wherever you open it: My Week borrows the exact weekday bars from My Teams.
